I am really amazed with my premier concept model Heather. Nothing can stop her from creating great images. We had this really elaborate photo session planned for weeks. This will be involving 3-4 models and multiple outfit changes and the possibility of 2 other photographers on site. This will all take place 2hrs away from Winnipeg at Spirit Sands, Manitoba. Spirit Sands is Manitoba's desert, not a lot of people are aware of this location so that's why we though of doing this big production there.
Yesterday, Heather phoned me up to let me know that 2 of the models couldn't make it and that there's a forecast for rain in the afternoon. We both agreed to proceed with the 2 models and just me as the photographer.
To make this long story short... the weather forecast was right... IT POURED HARD!
Anyways... with a model like Heather...rain or shine the session goes on. Her dress was soaked and her makeup was all washed out but we proceeded with the session by the shack we stayed at while it was still raining.
