My Favorite Wedding Photographs

These are my favorite wedding photographs from my portfolio. I love to work "in the shadows", for me to capture raw genuine emotions, of course there's my favorite detail photographs where I can throw back to my fine art roots. I've been part of quite a few weddings in my early years in people photography, I refer to it as being part because truth be told it is more than just a project for me. I am there as part of their most special day and that is an honor. My portfolio consist of weddings both here in Canada and in the Philippines.

This is a studio engagement session with my brother Mar and her fiance Grace. They requested for another photo session but its freezing out already so we decided to set-up a home studio to keep warm.

Cebu Golden Sunrise-Oct 28 2009

These amazing photographs dates back October 28 2009, from our hotel room in Waterfront, Cebu City, Philippines. Me and my wife where just getting ready for my bestfriend's wedding when she saw the amazing sunrise outside. We both admired it for a bit and I took my Olympus E3 and started creating these amazing images.

Sunrise images are not often handed to you in a plate, it is something you have to patiently wait for the perfect mystical light. In this case it was just right there outside our window, our high vantage point also made it more dramatic. We were in the 12th floor if I remember correctly...overlooking the rest of downtown Cebu City.
