Jackson and Ruth's wedding

Ruth is one of my closest friends in high school and its been A LONG TIME since we saw each other last. Amazing to be part of her wedding day on October 6 2010, I have to make her and Jackson proud since this day is very special indeed.

Congratulations Jackson and Ruth... All the best always.

These are my share from their most special day.

Marla May Villanueva

Marla is one of my closest friends back in high school...that's like another lifetime ago. It was a pleasant surprise when my best buddy Jeff Abrasaldo managed to convince Marla to model for his one on one mentorship in "strobing". It was not the easiest of tasks since Marla is always busy and was "shy" to model.

Thanks Marla for being such an amazing model.

Ann- Sept 2010

I've been working with Ann for quite awhile now and I always look forward to each session with her. She is always ready to work and her energy all through out the shoot is inspiring. Ann is such an amazing model and such fun conversations about anything under the sun.

This is my last session with Ann before my long trip to the Philippines and I aimed that it will be our coolest session. Thanks for bringing your scarf Ann... it was such a useful prop in our session.

Thanks Ann and I am looking forward to our 2011 sessions.

Lindsey Hayes, Sept 2010

This is my last session with the beautiful Lindsey Hayes just before my trip to the Philippines in Oct 2010. I love working with Lindsey because of her skills as a model and she is so much fun to hang out with.

We planned for a session for quite sometime but we can't seem to fit it on our schedules and finally we did. The concept of this session is about "strobing" at night, this is also a throw back to my favorite types of camera... the prosumers. I started the shoot with my pro-dslr the Olympus E1 but later on shifted to my ancient Olympus C5050. Why in the world you may ask??? Simple I can achieve high speed flash synching with my prosumers. Why would I sacrifice Lindsey's portfolio images by using a prosumer? I did not compromise anything, I stayed with the base ISO of 64 and I can confidently print all these images up to 16x20" without any issues, let alone a standard 8x10" portfolio image.

Thanks Lindsey for such an amazing session.
